New and unused item(s)s may be returned with the original tags attached up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. A credit will be issued to the original payment method for the item (s) amount, less delivery and handling.To return any products you need to obtain a Return number.
To receive a Return number and initiate a return, log in to your account using the name and password you created at checkout.
Once you have your Returns Number
- Print the Return Confirmation (this includes your Return Request Number and Order Number)
- Cut off the Return Address Label located at the bottom of the Return Confirmation
- Place the main part of the Return Confirmation inside your package
- Attach the Return Address Label to the outside of your package
- Mail your package using your preferred courier
Once you return your item(s), you can track the status of your return through your account.
If you made a purchase at our Portsmouth PEARL iZUMi Factory Store in Gunwharf, please take your return to that store.
We are currently unable to accept exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted item(s) for a refund.
Defective and Incorrect Items
If you receive any defective or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service help desk UKsupport@shopatron.com prior to sending these items back.Please include your order number in the email.
Please place you item(s) in an appropriate parcel bag or cardboard packaging and attach the supplied Return Address Label.Shoeboxes must be sent back to us in another cardboard box or Parcel Bag to prevent damage to original boxes.
Do not affix postage labels directly to shoeboxes, we cannot accept shoe returns if the shoebox is damaged.
Please return your order with a courier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
Please note: We do not accept Parcels without prepaid postage.

How long does it take to process the return?
Returns enter our system within 48 hours of receipt. We will process returns within 7 working days after arrival. Email notification is sent upon the completion of your return, not when your items are received at our Returns Department. Please note that it can take up to 3-6 working days for any credit issued to be reflected in payment account after you receive your email notification.
